About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Finacle Test Lead to drive testing for a Greenfield Core Banking Implementation. You'll define test strategies, lead offshore teams, and work closely with our onsite UAE team to ensure quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute test strategy & plans for Finacle modules
  • Lead offshore teams across SIT, UAT & regression testing
  • Collaborate with onsite managers & SMEs to meet timelines
  • Review test scenarios, cases & data for quality assurance
  • Manage defects from triage to resolution & reporting
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and functional standards
  • Track progress, risks & report to stakeholders

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years in Core Banking testing, with 5+ years in Finacle.
  • Strong knowledge of Finacle modules (Payments, Loans, Deposits, CASA, Trade Finance, Channels).
  • Proven leadership in offshore testing teams.
  • Hands-on with JIRA/ALM and defect management.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Greenfield Finacle implementation experience.
  • Knowledge of automation frameworks.
  • Exposure to Middle East banking projects.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving ability.
