  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for CNC and conventional machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensure timely breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime and increase equipment availability.
  • Maintain spare parts inventory to support quick repairs and replacements.

  • Establish and monitor KPIs for maintenance effectiveness.

  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues in CNC and conventional machines.

  • Work closely with the production team to ensure machines meet operational requirements.

  • Coordinate with OEMs and external service providers for complex repairs and maintenance support.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations (OSHA, ISO, etc.).

  • Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions.

  • Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, equipment history, and compliance reports.

  • Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, optimizing costs while maintaining efficiency.

  • Evaluate and recommend upgrades or replacements for aging equipment.
  • Work with procurement teams to source high-quality and cost-effective maintenance materials.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
