**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Create plant preventive maintenance procedure and allocating work to a team of fitters
- Performed routine maintenance, inspection of equipment’s to identify and respond to problems in a timely manner to avoid breakdown.
- Responding immediately to machinery breakdown and corrective action taken to make the equipment’s fixed.
- Overhauling, replacing the parts according to scheduled and update the records file.
- Refurbishment of segment & Mould within defined periods.
- Making analysis report of bearings failure.
- Preparation of monthly consumption report & proper correspondence with inventory department, if any material is shortfall.
- Discuss the problems with seniors & make understood the workers.

- Roller Assembly
- Mould & Segment Refurbishment
- Hydraulics and Lubrication Systems
- Gas Cutting Machine
- Exhaust system
- Cooling system

**Salary**: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
