Finance Executive (Vehicle Financing)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting suitable vehicle finance options (EMI, loans, etc.).
  • Coordinate with partnered banks/NBFCs for loan approval, documentation, and disbursement.
  • Verify customer eligibility and ensure KYC documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Calculate EMI amounts, down payments, and repayment schedules for customers.
  • Maintain and update finance records for all vehicle sales.
  • Follow up with financial institutions for quick loan approvals and payouts.
  • Ensure compliance with finance and legal guidelines for vehicle sales.
  • Maintain relationships with finance partners to get competitive rates and quick services.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Business Administration (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in vehicle financing (3-wheeler/automobile sector preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of loan/EMI processes and basic finance calculations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good relationship-building ability with banks/NBFCs and customers.

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell TVS 3-wheeler electric vehicles to prospective customers.
  • Meet sales targets through showroom walk-ins, field visits, and business networking.
  • Explain product features, pricing, financing options, and after-sales services.
  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, events, and referrals.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/12th Pass with sales experience in the automobile sector.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven and customer-focused approach.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience (Electric/Automobile preferred).

MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
  • Analyze sales data, inventory, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
  • Support in automation and digitization of reporting systems.
  • Coordinate with the sales, finance, and operations teams for data collection and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce/IT/Business Administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.), Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • 1-3 years of MIS/reporting experience (Automobile sector preferred).
