Umang Finance is looking for energetic and target-driven Loan Executives to join our growing team. The role involves meeting customers in person, promoting loan products, generating leads, and ensuring smooth loan application processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers for personal, business, home, or education loans.
  • Generate leads through field visits, references, and local market activities.
  • Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and required documents.
  • Assist customers in completing loan applications and documentation.
  • Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and report daily/weekly progress to the manager.
  • Coordinate with the credit and operations team for loan approvals and disbursements.
  • Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and loan awareness drives.
  • Collect feedback and update market information to improve sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
  • Experience: 0–3 years in loan sales, field sales, or related roles (freshers may apply).
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and convincing ability.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and meeting new people.
  • Basic knowledge of financial/loan products is an advantage.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel locally.
