Performance Marketing Specialist (Senior Paid Media Manager)

Location: Isha Yoga Centre, Coimbatore

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (3–5 years preferred)

Skills & Competencies

Expertise in leading Advertising platforms Google & Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Proven experience managing paid ads end-to-end: planning, setup, optimisation, reporting and delivery

Familiarity with landing page design and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) best practices

Ability to craft compelling and persuasive ad copies

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets

Solid understanding of Google Analytics

Bonus: Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, prompting techniques) to generate ad copies, creatives, and content efficiently

Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Singular, Tableau, or Mixpanel is a plus

Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn Ads or other platforms is an added advantage (not mandatory)

Role and Responsibilities

Play a pivotal role in taking Sadhguru's offerings to a global audience

Collaborate with the paid marketing team to understand campaign objectives and assist in developing and executing strategies across platforms like Google, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram

Contribute to the development of an overarching paid campaign strategy

Coordinate with team members to define creative requirements, including ad copies for different platforms

Oversee daily campaign activities, including planning, implementation, optimisation, budget management, and reporting

Analyse the performance of online campaigns, conduct reviews with stakeholders, and continuously optimise campaigns to meet and exceed targets
