Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive our business growth by acquiring offshore clients from the US. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the recruitment or IT services industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the US offshore market.
Key Responsibilities:
Mandatory experience into US offshore clients.
Identify and target potential clients in the US market for offshore recruitment services.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in potential client organizations.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business deals.
Collaborate with the recruitment and delivery teams in India to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the recruitment or IT services industry.
Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing offshore clients, particularly from the US market.
Strong understanding of the US recruitment market and industry dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with US clients and understanding their business culture and practices.
Knowledge of the IT industry and technical staffing requirements.
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
