Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Tele-Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only handle patient inquiries and appointment bookings but also possess strong sales and persuasion skills to convert potential leads into confirmed appointments. This role requires empathy, active listening, and the ability to establish trust and rapport over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and empathetically.

  • Build strong relationships with potential patients by understanding their concerns and guiding them toward suitable mental health services.

  • Follow up with leads generated from various sources such as the website, Google, social media, and WhatsApp, ensuring maximum conversion.

  • Effectively communicate the benefits of our services, address patient queries, and overcome objections to drive appointment bookings.

  • Respond promptly and effectively to patient queries received via WhatsApp.

  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and update the CRM system regularly.

  • Collaborate with the internal team to optimize the patient journey and provide the best possible experience.

  • Work towards achieving monthly appointment conversion targets.

  • Uphold high standards of confidentiality and data security in all interactions. Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Tele-Sales, Customer Service, or Call Centre role, preferably in healthcare or service-based industries.

  • Proven ability to handle sales and convince potential clients to take action.
    • Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an empathetic and persuasive approach.

  • Ability to handle objections, work under pressure, and meet targets.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.

  • Familiarity with medical or mental health terminology is an advantage.
