Position Overview

: As a Sales Coordinator Specialist, you will be responsible for providingcomprehensive administrative and logistical support to the sales team, assisting with thecoordination of sales orders, customer relationships, product delivery, and more. Your rolewill be integral to ensuring that the sales process runs smoothly and efficiently, from initialinquiry through to post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

:



Sales Support

: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and productinformation, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers.∙

Order Processing

: Manage order entries, tracking, and communication with clientsregarding order status, shipping, and delivery updates.∙

Customer Coordination

: Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, andother internal departments (e.g., logistics, product management, finance) to ensureexcellent service and satisfaction.∙

Product Knowledge

: Stay updated on Pro AV/IT/Broadcast products and solutions,offering assistance to the sales team in answering technical questions related toproducts.∙

Client Relationship Management

: Assist in building and maintaining long-termcustomer relationships by providing exceptional service and follow-up on salesinquiries and orders.∙

Market Research

: Support the sales team by conducting market research on currenttrends, potential clients, and competitor activities in the Pro AV/IT/Broadcast sector.∙

Sales Reporting

: Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics to trackprogress, forecast sales, and provide actionable insights to the sales leadership.∙

Event Support

: Assist with the coordination and logistics for trade shows, productdemos, and other promotional events.Qualifications

:

∙Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalentexperience in a similar role.∙At least 1 year of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or relatedadministrative role, ideally within the Pro AV, IT, or Broadcast industries.∙Familiarity with Pro AV/IT/Broadcast technology and products is highly desirable.∙Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiplepriorities effectively.∙Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-orientedapproach.Desirable Skills

:

∙Knowledge of the broadcast and AV industry and associated technologies.∙Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.∙Prior experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, logistics, technicalsupport).∙Experience with Zoho or similar ERP systems is a plus.
