Social Media executive Job Brief

Role Summary: As a Social Media executive, you will assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive social media and content strategy to enhance brand visibility, engage with our target audience, and drive business growth. You will work collaboratively with social media managers, strategists, content creators, and the broader marketing, communications, and creative teams to create compelling and impactful content across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Creative Ideation:
  • Brainstorm campaign ideas and ongoing social content.
  • Support the team in setting up social media strategies and plans for clients.
  • Develop brand awareness and community management through platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media communication.
  1. Content Planning and Creation:
  • Collaborate with executiveal teams to create engaging, high-quality content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Assist in the development and execution of content strategies.
  • Ensure social media plans align with clients' goals and objectives.
  1. Community Building and Engagement:
  • Foster a vibrant online community by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries and comments, and addressing customer concerns professionally and promptly.
  1. Influencer and Partnership Management:
  • Help identify and build relationships with relevant influencers, industry experts, and strategic partners.
  • Support influencer marketing strategies and campaign management to amplify brand reach and engagement.
  1. Social Media Strategy Development:
  • Assist in developing and implementing a forward-thinking social media strategy that aligns with the company's goals and target audience.
  • Stay updated on best practices, emerging trends, and competitor analysis to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  1. Performance Tracking:
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of social media performance using key performance metrics.
  • Utilize social media insights to guide future campaigns.
  • Conduct social media audits and regular reporting using social media research tools.
  1. Collaboration and Cross-functional Communication:
  • Work closely with marketing, communications, sales, and customer support teams to align social media activities with broader marketing initiatives and ensure cohesive messaging and customer experiences.
  1. Innovative Work:
  • Inspire creativity and innovation within the team to deliver outstanding client solutions.
  1. Social Media Management:
  • Assist in all aspects of social media management, including content creation, scheduling, community management, and analytics.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, passionate, and eager to learn with a positive attitude.
  • Fluency in English—both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with social media channels and tools (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
  • In tune with the latest social media trends and online behavior.
  • Understanding of brand communication, including tone of response and adherence to brand guidelines.

Preferred:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in content creation across all formats, including reels.
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy in terms of quality and quantity.
