️ Your Mission
As our Lean – Site Continuous Improvement Leader , you’ll be the driving force behind elevating performance, streamlining operations, and embedding a mindset of innovation across the site. You’ll lead improvement initiatives, coach teams, and deliver measurable impact through lean methodologies and strategic project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Capability Building: Invest in your own growth and support others through coaching, training, and professional development.
Lean Process Development: Identify inefficiencies and implement lean solutions to enhance manufacturing methods and systems.
Continuous Improvement: Champion innovation and lead initiatives that deliver sustainable improvements in quality, cost, and delivery.
Project Leadership: Manage site-level projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Performance Reporting: Deliver insightful reports and presentations that guide decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
Networking & Influence: Build strong relationships across teams and functions to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
What You Bring
12–15 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement roles
Deep expertise in lean tools, project management, and data-driven decision making
Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
A mindset that’s innovative, customer-focused, and resilient in the face of complexity
Proven ability to lead change, influence culture, and deliver results
