This function drives global and regional CI activities by leveraging top talents in the organization on lean and six sigma. This enables Vestas quality to achieve the strategic priorities, which includes driving performance Improvement across Vestas Quality Responsibilities - Lead and develop analytics for CoPQ with relevant data set to identify top contributors, identify areas to focus on based on trends, patterns - Develop a forecast model for CoPQ to appropriately guide Finance teams and Vestas quality leadership to understand impact of our initiatives - Drive implementation of the Quality strategy in relevant area by driving deployment of strategic goals and objectives into the relevant part of Vestas business units - Set up and drive continuous improvement framework & project governance resulting in reduction of product/component failures, defects, COPQ & business process improvement & maturity - Drive and contribute to the development of Six sigma & problem-solving competency in Vestas - Collaborate with Digital solutions teams to bring up the analytics related to CoPQ Qualifications - Diploma or Bachelor's degree with min 10-12 years of experience - Data analyst with relevant SQL experience in developing BI, Power BI dashboards - Six Sigma Green belt / Black Belt / Master Black trained or certified - Hands on experience in running problem solving with effective RCA, containment, corrective and preventive actions - Good knowledge on six sigma tools and approach like DMAIC, Lean, DFSS, etc., - Experience in driving strategic initiatives, Global Continuous Improvement project - 3 to 5 years of experience in problem solving in Quality/Product design/Manufacturing/business process - Experience in change management tools & process will be added advantage Competencies - Solid analytical skill, In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in development of dashboards in BI, Power BI - Strong stake holder & project management skills. - Seasoned collaborator with strong communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization, you will interact with several stakeholders across value chain - Good at building network and establishing partnerships - Action oriented, persistent & passion towards accomplishing improvement - Agile & ability to simplify complex problem into simple logical milestone. - Fluent in English and a good communicator with outstanding verbal, written communication and influencing skills What We Offer This position offers unique challenges and responsibilities driving excellence within global Vestas Quality, building Vestas Group's position in mature and new markets.
