It is an ever-developing task in a progressive environment. Responsible for operational growth in warehouse and distribution related tasks. Liaise with related parties to ensure GI is done one time and Handle system related configuration to ensure reliable outbound from global MRP locations. Define delivery concepts and network setup to meet customer requirements, Delivery plan for all materials for the service business, across the value chain, and project management of continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain. **Responsibilities** - Create detailed process documentation, including flowcharts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process maps, using appropriate tools. - Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency gains, and risk mitigation. - Lead continuous improvement projects from inception to completion, utilizing methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to drive results. - Design and facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and process mapping sessions to engage team members in process improvement initiatives. - Make necessary to changes to VPP as required in collaboration global stakeholders. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial - Minimum 8 years of total professional experience in with at least 5+ years of professional experience in a supply chain - Six Sigma-Black Belt certification is strongly preferred - Proven ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams in a matrix organization - Highly motivated and intelligent self-starter with the desire for constant process improvement - Proficiency with MS Office **Competencies** - Experience in deploying Lean methodologies within service-oriented industries, enhancing customer-centric processes - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence at all organizational levels. **What We offer** We offer an exciting job with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development in an inspiring environment at a well-known producer of wind turbines.
