Senior Deal Desk Manager

Focus on the “customer first” perspective.
Experience in the Deal Desk function at an enterprise SaaS company, consumption based company, or scaling B2B tech company
CPQ experience is highly desirable
Lead the implementation and configuration of Salesforce CPQ & CRM.
Configure and maintain Salesforce components, including products, pricing, quotes, contracts, accounts, and opportunities.
Recommend and implement process improvements and automation using Salesforce.
Ability to work with and protect confidential information when required.
Strong business acumen & knowledge of pricing and discounting policies. Ability to work in a collaborative manner that is cross-functional and global.
Deal desk and CPQ technology proficiency to drive process improvement and operational efficiencies.
Contract acumen - ability to review contracts and Statements of Work to identify new or questionable language, and/or unusual terms requiring legal support.
Ability to respond effectively to multiple conflicting priorities, continuously prioritize and reprioritise deliverables and to respond in a dynamic work environment.
Proficient with G-suites / MS Excel & Salesforce.com.
Should be familiar with Opportunity, Accounts, Contracts & Contacts objects in SFDC.
Understanding of SaaS / recurring revenue metrics is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent cognitive reasoning, and process development skills, strong business judgment and ability to work with minimal guidance.
Ability to work effectively in a sales team environment, build effective working relationships with key stakeholders, and work independently with limited supervision.
Comfortable in a matrix reporting structure and managing through change. Able to work with senior executives within and across company departments.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, customer-centric environment.
What will you bring:
8+ years of experience in implementing Salesforce CRM, CPQ and Billing for large-scale enterprise transformation projects (MUST).
3+ full lifecycle Salesforce implementations in CRM, CPQ and Billing.
Hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation, customisation, and administration.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Certifications like, Salesforce CPQ Specialist are a plus.
