Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing high-performance marketing campaigns across Google and Facebook, with a keen understanding of data analytics, website technologies, and landing page optimization to drive sales and generate leads effectively.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads to meet lead generation and sales targets.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, measure ROI, and optimize campaign strategies.
  • Design and modify landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Present detailed campaign reports to clients, including analysis, outcomes, learnings, and strategic recommendations for future actions.
  • Set up and manage Google Analytics, ensuring accurate data collection and insightful reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives with overall business goals.
  • Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance analytics.
  • Manage budgets and timelines for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Implement A/B testing on various campaign elements to continuously improve performance.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of website technologies and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms is a plus.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or Google Analytics is highly desirable.
