We are seeking a . NET Technical Lead with strong experience in designing and developing enterprise applications on the Microsoft stack, with hands-on exposure to Identity Provider (IDP) integrations such as Azure AD, Auth0, or Okta. You will lead a team of developers, drive architecture decisions, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with customer and business requirements.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of web applications using . NET Core/. NET 8, C#, and ASP. NET MVC/Web API.Architect and implement IDP integrations (Azure AD, Auth0, Okta) including SSO, MFA, and OAuth/Open ID Connect flows.Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.Guide the development team on best practices in clean code, unit testing, CI/CD, and secure coding practices.Perform code reviews, technical mentoring, and troubleshooting complex issues.Manage sprint planning, estimation, and ensure timely delivery.Support application deployments and post-deployment issue resolution.Keep up to date with emerging technologies in the. NET ecosystem and Identity & Access Management.Key Skills:Strong proficiency in C#,. NET Core/. NET 6/8, ASP. NET MVC/Web API.Hands-on experience with IDP integrations (Azure AD B2 C, Okta, Auth0, or similar), including configuring applications, managing user flows, and troubleshooting SSO issues.Good knowledge of OAuth 2.0, Open ID Connect, SAML protocols.Experience with RESTful API development and SQL Server/Entity Framework.Familiarity with frontend frameworks (Angular/React) is an advantage.Experience with Azure/AWS cloud services and Dev Ops practices is preferred.Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
