We're looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Solar Marketing and sales Executive. In this hybrid role, you'll split your time between the office and the field, playing a crucial role in both generating leads and converting them into satisfied solar customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 0-2 years of experience in the solar industry who wants to take their career to the next level and make a difference in the fight against climate change.

**Responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads and schedule appointments with the prospective client, including any arrival instructions if needed, for an on-site meeting.
- Meet with customers face-to-face to understand their requirements and suggest customized solar solutions based on their specific needs.
- Create and deliver presentations that effectively show how choosing solar power can save money on energy bills and help the environment by reducing carbon emissions.
- Overcome objections and negotiate deals to close sales.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in the solar industry.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales and marketing processes.
- Utilize CRM system to effectively nurture leads through various stages of the sales funnel.
- Strengthen client relationships by consistently providing valuable resources and nurturing trust and mutual benefits for sustained long-term connections.
- Manage customer expectations and address any concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in the solar industry, preferably in a sales or marketing role or Technical role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
