We're Hiring: Management Trainee – HR

Location:
Navi Mumbai (Juinagar, Rupa Renaissance)

Reporting To:
Manager – HR

Salary:
Up to 5.5 LPA

Qualification:
B. Pharma + MBA (HR preferred)

Experience:
0–6 Months (Freshers with internship experience can also apply)

About the Role

We are looking for a
Management Trainee – HR
who is eager to learn and grow in the HR field. This role will give you hands-on exposure to different HR activities and a chance to work closely with our HR Manager.

What You'll Do

  • Help with hiring activities like scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintain employee records and basic documentation.
  • Assist in checking attendance and leave details.
  • Support in organizing employee activities and small events.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the HR team in different tasks.
  • Answer basic employee queries with a helpful attitude.

What We're Looking For

  • Fresh graduates/postgraduates with interest in HR.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn and handle multiple tasks.
