Role Details: Business Development Manager


Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in B2B sales, supply chain financing, unsecured loans, and working capital solutions within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of banking, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), and FinTech solutions, with a proven track record in portfolio management and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Drive business growth through strategic acquisition of new clients and partnerships within the healthcare sector and MSMEs.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Product Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of supply chain financing, unsecured loans, working capital solutions, and invoice discounting.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored financial solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities and trends in the healthcare and MSME segments.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including product development, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all business dealings.



Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, supply chain financing, unsecured loans, or working capital solutions, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking, NBFCs, FinTech, and financial products relevant to MSMEs.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Customer Focus: Proven ability to understand and address customer needs effectively, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data and market trends to drive informed business decisions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
