Business Development Manager - BDM

**Job description**
- Responsible for overall resort sales and occupancy.
- Maximum Revenue Generation
- Conduct Marketing Research & Activity
- Plan all Marketing Strategies
- Maximize Customer Awareness
- Promoting & placing our Facilities and Property
- Build Customer Relationships
- Tie up with Corporate Groups & other Groups/Team/Institutions
- Tie up with maximum tour and travel agents both
- Relation Building with Online business Partners for sales generation.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services and creating Brand
- Prepare _sales contracts_ ensuring adherence to company’s rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers/guests
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly & yearly reports

**Qualification/Professional Skills**
- MBA / PGDM - Sales & Marketing
- MBA /Diploma in Tour & Travel
- Microsoft Excel & Word Knowledge
- PPT & Business Presentation

**Experience**

2 - 3 Years in Hotel & Resort Industry - Sales & Marketing

**Employment Type** - Full Time

**Salary** - 20k to 30k PM

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
