We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Lead – Talent Acquisition
to drive our hiring strategy and execution across technical and next-gen technology roles. This individual will play a pivotal role in building high-performing teams by identifying, attracting, and onboarding top engineering and managed services talent. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical recruitment expertise with modern AI-driven sourcing and productivity tools to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes, while leveraging talent metrics and data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical, engineering, managed services, and emerging technology roles.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce plans and translate them into effective hiring strategies.
  • Manage niche and volume hiring across engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, data, AI/ML, and managed services functions.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques and AI recruitment tools.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through transparent communication and timely feedback.
  • Leverage AI-driven platforms and productivity tools to streamline sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
  • Be well-versed in Talent Metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, etc.) and apply data-driven hiring practices to optimize recruitment outcomes.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement recruitment technologies to enhance hiring efficiency and decision-making.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and recruitment best practices.
  • Work closely with business leadership to align recruitment with organizational growth plans.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and analytics for leadership visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in the recruitment/talent acquisition role, hiring top-tier technology resources.
  • Strong expertise in technical recruitment, including engineering, managed services, and next-gen technologies (product engineering, cloud, AI/ML, data engineering, etc.).
  • Proven ability to use AI tools, talent metrics, and analytics to drive data-backed hiring decisions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in recruitment metrics and reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
