Position Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with a strong background in program management within technical environments. This role requires hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Flutter, and AWS, along with a solid understanding of agile methodologies and Jira. Ideal candidates will have a total of less than 8 years of experience, including at least 2 years in program management, preferably in product companies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program Management: Lead the full lifecycle of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives from planning through delivery. - Technical Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to meet milestones and maintain quality, focusing on Java, Spring Boot, Flutter, and AWS frameworks. - Agile Coordination: Manage sprint planning, timelines, and resources, promoting agile practices for effective execution. - Jira Management: Utilize Jira for task management, tracking, and communication across project teams. - Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary contact among teams, ensuring consistent progress and alignment on project objectives. - Technical Guidance: Provide input on system architecture and development best practices. - Process Optimization: Continuously improve program management practices to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements:

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering; MBA is a plus. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in full-stack development, particularly with Java, Spring Boot, Flutter, and AWS. - Program Management Experience: At least 2 years in program management, ideally in product companies, with agile project management experience using Jira. - Leadership and Collaboration: Strong communication skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams. - Health Tech Interest: A passion for using digital solutions to improve healthcare and patient outcomes.
