Technical Lead – Full Stack / MicroservicesLocation: — PUNEJob SummaryWe are looking for a passionate Technical Lead with 7–9 years of experience in designing sophisticated web applications and scalable systems architecture. In this role, you will drive the development of robust, high-quality software solutions using modern coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.You will lead hands-on development of Node JS and C#. NET Core–based microservices , work with SQL/No SQL databases, and collaborate with global teams within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. This is your opportunity to contribute to strategic digital transformation projects using the latest Cloud, AI/ML, and Dev Ops technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & DesignDevelop high-level and low-level software designs aligned with project requirements.Prepare and maintain architecture documents, guidelines, and standards.Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and reliable microservices-based full-stack applications.DevelopmentBuild full-stack applications including:Front-end: Angular, HTML5, Bootstrap, Java Script/Type ScriptBack-end: C#, Python, ASP. NET Core, Node.js/Nest JSImplement REST APIs, MVC patterns, and microservices architecture principles.Write clean, testable, extensible, secure, and performant code.Collaboration & DeliveryWork with the Architecture Review Board, Product Owners, UX Designers, and QA teams.Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality, timely delivery.Support scrum teams in a SAFe Agile environment.Independently handle additional responsibilities with minimal supervision.Required QualificationsEducation: B. Tech/M. Tech/M. Sc. in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.Experience: 7–9 years total, including at least 3 years as a Technical Lead.Backend Expertise: C#, ASP. NET Core MVC, Node JS/Nest JS, ORM frameworks, Web API, Entity Framework.Frontend Expertise: Angular, Java Script/Type Script, HTML5/CSS, Bootstrap.Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes.Database: Postgre SQL and other relational databases.Architecture: Microservices, OOD, design patterns, 12-factor apps.APIs & Security: REST API design, OAuth 2.0, secure coding, threat modeling.Cloud: Azure App Services, Azure Cloud fundamentals.Dev Ops: Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, Git.Preferred QualificationsBasic understanding of cloud networking.Experience with infrastructure automation (Helm, Terraform).Identity management experience (Okta, OAuth 2.0).Exposure to Rabbit MQ or similar message brokers.Familiarity with static/dynamic analysis tools (Black Duck, Aqua Sec, Coverity, Sonar Cloud).Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus).Performance troubleshooting and profiling.Proficiency with Git Hub Copilot.Knowledge of SAFe 6.0 and Agile Scrum methodologies.Familiarity with process control and automation systems.
