This role requires a seasoned technology professional with strong leadership capabilities and deep technical expertise in .NET technologies.The selected candidate will lead end-to-end development activities, architect scalable solutions, ensure adherence to coding standards, and drive best practices across the development lifecycle. Additionally, this role demands close collaboration with cross-functional teams and active mentoring of junior team members to deliver high-quality, secure, and efficient software products.Key Responsibilities :Technical Leadership & Architecture :- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance .Net applications.- Architect technical solutions aligned with business objectives and ensure compliance with industry standards.- Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and provide architectural recommendations.Development & Delivery :- Develop robust, reusable, and maintainable code using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and related frameworks.- Implement Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design principles effectively across all modules.- Optimize application performance through efficient coding, debugging, and performance tuning.- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure smooth development cycles and timely delivery.Team Collaboration & Mentoring :- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.- Ensure the team follows best coding practices, development methodologies, and documentation standards.- Provide technical support and problem resolution for complex challenges faced by the team.Process & Quality :- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, version control, and continuous integration practices.- Maintain high-quality deliverables through rigorous testing, review, and validation processes.- Identify opportunities for process improvements and technical enhancements.Required Qualifications & Skills :Technical Skills :- Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and core programming concepts.- Extensive hands-on experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and related technologies.- Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and web application development.- Experience in debugging, code optimization, and handling performance-related challenges.- Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server.Additional Preferred Skills :- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and experience with CI/CD pipelines.- Understanding of DevOps practices and version control systems like Git.- Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Soft Skills : - Strong leadership and team management capabilities.- Excellent communication and stakeholder-handling skills.- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Education :Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
