The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Roles & Responsibilities: Work closely with production & reservoir engineering teams to monitor and validate Well Production surveillance data. To manage, interpret, and integrate data associated with Wells Intervention/ workover requirment (office based role) To write reports on investigations/findings in accordance with the scope and send for review. Compliance check on reports in accordance with the scope and approve. Database management using SharePoint other Document Control Databases. Required Skills (Technical Competency):Bachelor’s and/or Master's degree from a recognized university in Petroleum engineering. 3-7 years of oil and gas experience in related industry (Upstream- Conventional / Uncon /oil & gas). Work closely with production & reservoir engineering teams to monitor and validate Well Production surveillance data. To manage, interpret, and integrate data associated with Artificial Lift wells. Create and maintain up-to-date support documentation and troubleshooting logs. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports. Experience in Quality Assurance/ Quality Control of well data. Desired Skills:Exposure to Well Flowback, Surface Testing, Artificial Lift techniques and Upstream Facilities Engineering activities. Experience with SharePoint for document management. Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Good interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with the other teams. Good planning and prioritization skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Should be a team player.
