The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Roles & Responsibilities: The candidate should have hands-on experience on following areas: Production Monitoring and Analysis: Conventional oil and gas fields, marginal and matured fields production monitoring and analysis Reservoir Engineering: Conventional RE workflows such as Material Balance, Decline Curves, Pressure Transient Analysis, Fluid sampling, Production Prediction Sick Well Analysis: Diagnose, Interpret and deeper studies on identified set of wells for sick well analysis Production Optimization: Identify production optimization opportunities in line with year objectives and production enhancement opportunities. Laisse with multi-disciplinary team with different backgrounds for Production Optimization Required Skills (Technical Competency): Hands on experience on IHS Harmony, PETEX Suite – MBAL , GAP, Well Test Analysis Experience on OFM, Production data base management for wells Working experience of Artificial Lift suites such as Rodstar, WellPlan, along with Coiled Tubing suits is required Knowledge of Spotfire, Cloud database management and ML-AI platforms will be a plus Desired Skills: Minimum 10 years experience in Petroleum Engineering Reservoir, Production Technologist and Production Optimization Role Experience on working for multiple reservoirs, geographies and assets will be a plus Candidate from Operating Upstream companies will be a plus Candidates with team management experience would be given preference Candidates with only Mud logging experience would not be preferred
