Position: Assistant Manager, Monitoring & Coordination

Location: Gurgaon, India

Role:

a. Monitoring and Coordination of the field offices towards effective delivery of projects in remote areas and through field offices/partners.

b. Regular planning for, and tracking & coordination of field activities, and deployment & management of field personnel, providing appropriate guidance for the achievement of related targets

c. Documentation of field activities and preparing regular reports on achievements and plan-to-results gap statements.

d. Providing regular feedback to the Programs team, and coordinating with it for project planning and achievement of project objectives.

Person Specification:

Candidate should be:

  1. Post graduate in development or a related field

  2. Minimum 7 years experience in similar profile in the development sector with exposure to grassroots work in rural areas

  3. Good communication skill and managerial caliber proficient in English language.
