Job Title : Direct Sales Expert

Location : Gurgaon (On-site)

Experience : 3+ years in software services sales

Employment Type : Full-Time


Job Description:


  • 3+ years of experience in software services sales: The ideal candidate should have at least three years of hands-on experience in selling software solutions, in the B2B/B2C space. This experience should include working with various software development services, understanding client needs, and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.


  • Deep knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Meet Alfred & email campaigns: The candidate should be proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage with high-value prospects, leveraging advanced search filters and lead recommendations. They should also have extensive experience creating and executing email marketing campaigns, optimizing open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.


  • Strong presentation skills: The ideal candidate should be able to present complex software solutions effectively, showcasing features, benefits, and value propositions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. They should be able to adapt their presentation style to suit different audiences and make a lasting impact.


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal: Clear and concise communication is critical in sales. The candidate should be able to craft compelling emails, proposals, and reports, and engage in impactful conversations with clients, whether over the phone, in person, or via video conferencing.


  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets: A successful candidate will have a history of consistently meeting or surpassing sales goals, demonstrating their ability to drive revenue and achieve performance objectives. This includes handling complex sales cycles, negotiating contracts, and closing deals effectively.


  • Ability to build lasting client relationships and drive business growth: The ideal candidate should be adept at building trust and rapport with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. They should be proactive in identifying new opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver ongoing value to clients.


  • Experience working with companies developing custom digital applications (web and mobile): The candidate should have a strong background in selling custom digital applications, including web and mobile solutions. This experience should involve understanding client needs for tailored software, discussing technical specifications, and working with development teams to deliver high-quality custom solutions.
