Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual Website Tester to ensure the quality, usability, and functionality of our web applications. The role involves executing test cases, identifying defects, documenting results, and collaborating with developers and product teams to deliver high-quality websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze requirements and create effective test scenarios and cases.
  • Perform manual testing on websites (WordPress, Drupal) – functional, regression, UI/UX, cross-browser, and responsive testing.
  • Log and track defects in tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
  • Collaborate with developers/designers to resolve issues and validate fixes.
  • Conduct cross-browser/device testing using BrowserStack.
  • Execute smoke, sanity, and regression testing before releases.
  • Maintain test documentation and provide QA updates in Agile ceremonies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in manual website testing.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and testing methodologies.
  • Experience with bug tracking/test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
  • Familiarity with browser developer tools and responsive testing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
