Job description :


The Divisional Manager for the Information and Communication Technology business is a key leadership role responsible for delivering P&L results based on the budget. This position oversees all departmental functions including IT Cloud and Infrastructure, Information and Cyber Security, Digital Transformation, IT Managed Services, Projects, and Telecom. The incumbent will drive strategic initiatives, manage resources effectively, and lead a high-performing team to achieve divisional objectives and financial targets.


Profit & Loss Management:

Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets set for the ICT division, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to achieve budgeted P&L results.

Drive cost optimization measures and revenue enhancement initiatives to maximize profitability.


Leadership and Team Management


Provide strong leadership and direction to department heads and their teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and support professional development to ensure team engagement and effectiveness.

Lead by example, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering results.


Departmental Oversight and Governance:

Provide oversight and direction to department heads in areas including IT Cloud and Infrastructure, Information and Cyber Security, Digital Transformation, IT Managed Services, Projects, and Telecom.


Stakeholder Management and Communication:

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, clients, vendors, and partners.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align priorities, address concerns, and drive consensus on key initiatives and decisions.

Represent the ICT division in meetings, presentations, and negotiations as needed, advocating for divisional interests and objectives.


Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the IT industry, with a proven track record of delivering P&L results for IT-based businesses.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.

Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives and managing complex projects.

Knowledge of relevant technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements in the ICT domain.
