Role OverviewWe are seeking a talented AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deploy AI models and algorithms to enhance our products and services. If you are a problem solver with a passion for artificial intelligence and machine learning, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our technical capabilities and driving impact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities·

Design, Develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models.·

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing systems and workflows.·

Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability.·

Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI and apply them to projects.·

Prepare large datasets for model training.·

Deploy, monitor, and refine AI solutions in production to ensure continuous improvement and reliability.

Basic QualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.Strong programming proficiency in Python.Knowledge of cloud-based AI services such as AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI.Expertise in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.Familiarity with:Large Language Models (LLMs): GPT, Claude, Llama.Chatbot UIs: Streamlit, Gradio, Flask, Django.Fine-tuning and RAG: LangChain, Haystack, PEFT, Faiss.Distributed Training: PyTorch Lightning, DeepSpeed, Horovod.Natural Language Processing (NLP): NLTK, spaCy

Preferred Qualifications3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles.Experience in deploying and managing MLOps pipelines for large-scale AI systems.Familiarity with deep reinforcement learning packages such as Gymnasium and Stable-Baselines3Experience in containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
