Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer at Wizdom. The role involves tasks such as pattern recognition, neural networks development, software development, and natural language processing (NLP) to enhance the platform's capabilities in delivering high-quality book and podcast summaries.


About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate AI Engineer to join our growing team at Wizdom. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, building, and deploying cutting-edge AI/ML solutions that will directly impact our business and our customers. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from developing data pipelines and training models to creating innovative Generative AI applications.

What You'll Do

  • Build AI/ML Solutions: Design and develop end-to-end AI/ML solutions, from initial concept to production deployment, for a variety of use cases within Wizdom.
  • Data Engineering: Construct robust data pipelines for efficient ingestion and processing of both structured and unstructured data to fuel model training.
  • Generative AI Development: Create and implement Generative AI pipelines and technology stacks, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and orchestration.
  • Model Deployment & Integration: Deploy AI/ML models into production environments and build API layers to ensure seamless integration with various applications.


What You'll Bring

  • Education: A Bachelor's, Master's degree, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or big data.
  • Programming Skills: Very high proficiency in Python. Knowledge of other languages like R or Java is a plus.
  • AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of various AI/ML models, including deep learning models.
  • Generative AI Expertise: Knowledge of Generative AI components, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Foundation Models, vector databases, and orchestration stacks.
  • Hands-on Orchestration: Experience building AI orchestration frameworks using tools like LangChain.
  • Vector Database Knowledge: Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone and Chroma.
  • Data Processing: Deep understanding of data processing frameworks like Data Bricks and Airflow.
  • API Development: Knowledge of API frameworks like Django and Flask.
  • Cloud Computing: Understanding of cloud data and AI stacks on AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
