Role Overview

We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deploy AI models and algorithms to enhance our products and services. If you are a problem solver with a passion for artificial intelligence and machine learning, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our technical capabilities and driving impact for our clients.


Key Responsibilities

·      Design, Develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing systems and workflows.

·      Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability.

·      Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI and apply them to projects.

·      Prepare large datasets for model training.

·      Deploy, monitor, and refine AI solutions in production to ensure continuous improvement and reliability.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related field. 
  • Strong programming proficiency in Python.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based AI services such as AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI.
  • Expertise in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with:
  • Large Language Models (LLMs): GPT, Claude, Llama.
  • Chatbot UIs: Streamlit, Gradio, Flask, Django.
  • Fine-tuning and RAG: LangChain, Haystack, PEFT, Faiss.
  • Distributed Training: PyTorch Lightning, DeepSpeed, Horovod.
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP): NLTK, spaCy

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
  • Experience in deploying and managing MLOps pipelines for large-scale AI systems.
  • Familiarity with deep reinforcement learning packages such as Gymnasium and Stable-Baselines3
  • Experience in containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
