Field Sales Executive

Job Description Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition, build partnerships, and expand our business in the electric mobility and industrial markets. The candidate will represent Attron in the field, build relationships with OEMs, distributors, and dealers, and help clients adopt our proven powertrain solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through market visits, lead generation, and client networking. Meet and engage with OEMs (two-wheeler EVs, three-wheeler, e-rickshaw manufacturers), agritech and industrial product manufacturers. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and support technical discussions with customers. Collect customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for product customization. Negotiate and close sales deals ensuring revenue targets are met. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners. Track competitor offerings, market pricing, and customer trends for strategic planning. Follow up on payments, quotations, and order closures. Prepare visit reports, maintain CRM data, and update sales progress regularly. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or Business). 1–3 years of on-field B2B/Industrial/Automotive sales experience (preferably in EV or industrial products). Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Understanding of electric drivetrains, motors, controllers (preferred; can be trained). Ability to work independently and travel extensively within assigned territories. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
