This role can sit in BengaluruHyderabad or Mumbai with flexibility to work remotely some of thetime with the expectation of sometravel.This individual will be responsiblefor partnering with the business and the leadership team to driveour Project & Engagement Management (OTC) andtransformation to SAP S/4 HANA. The ability to design effectivesolution in Project & Engagement Management (Order to Cash)space execute efficiently and pivot along the way will be criticalto achieving success in this role. Equally important will be theability to motivate and influence without overt authority whilebuilding relationships among the business units IT leaders and ITvendors to deliver projects and systems that meet our enterprisequality standards.Project &Engagement Management (OTC) LeadResponsibilities:Project &Engagement Management (OTC) Solution Lead will be responsible forbuilding applications roadmap for Project & Engagement& Billing (OTC) solution including revenuerecognition.Ensure successful delivery ofIntegrated S/4HANA (ERP) system solutions and other supportingapplications.Build lead and manage a teamalong with the associated processes to deliver on Project &Engagement Management initiatives across our ERPplatformAbility to design and deliverintegrated solution with industry best practices of SAP S4HANACloud solution.Good understanding offinancial data and help in migrationThisRole is expected to provide the necessary leadership for thecreation and design of the detailed Project & EngagementManagement (OTC) solution architecture andimplementation.Work closely with businessleadership to design and deliver best in classsolutionIn close partnership with ProjectManagement and Engagement & Billing teams this position isresponsible for the implementation of standardized businessprocesses across the organization and ensuring that they aremaintained and adhered toconsistently.Create an environment wherepeople and technology thrive together to accomplish more than theycould apart.Drive and take ownership fordeveloping connections that help deliver what is best for ourpeople and stakeholders.The position willwork closely with the business and IT leadership teams serving asleader bringing forth opportunities to leverage the Project& Engagement Management (OTC) solution capabilities tosupport the efficient running and growth of ourorganization.Building and cultivating strongrelationships with integration stakeholders at all levels includingEnterprise Architecture Infrastructure Quality AssuranceDevelopment Security and ProductionSupport.MinimumQualifications:Bachelor or equivalent degreein Information Systems Computer Science orengineering.Experienced in delivering largescale ERP / SAP ImplementationExperience inprofessional services industry with full life cycleimplementationsMinimum 12 years experiencein SAP Project & Engagement Management (Order to Cash)application delivery3 years experience inS4HANA implementation and deliveryExperiencein professional services processes for Project & Engagement& Billing (Order to Cash) processes including integrationswith financial systems.Should be master inFunctional Architecture DesignAnalysis.Should have experience in BusinessKnowledge and S4HANA Technical SolutionDesignShould be proficient in BusinessAnalysis.Flexibility to travel locally andinternationallyBachelor sDegreeIdeally You ll AlsoHave:MBA or Master sdegreeExperience in implementing SAP inprofessional servicesindustry
