About the role:
Cvent is searching for an Assistant Team Lead or Team Lead, Demand Generation (North America Market) who fits in with our fun, fast-paced culture and has the skills to contribute to Cvent's long-term growth. You will be based in Cvent India's Gurgaon office and would be reporting to the India marketing leadership. You will be responsible for executing the marketing plan for Cvent Event Cloud solutions. This will include demand generation planning and execution, event production, and global stakeholders’ coordination including sales & client services. You are expected to be an expert on the US SaaS market, competition, buyer persona & journey, content writing and driving marketing programs (driving customer programs will be preferred, but not mandatory).
In This Role, You Will:
Customer Demand Generation Programs : Responsible for driving Customer Demand Generation programs and crafting GTM strategies for marketing initiatives.
Campaign Management : Manage and oversee customer-centric campaigns, including planning, execution, coordination, performance review, and sharing insights with stakeholders.
Content Asset Management : Catalog available content assets to ensure efficient and streamlined usage as per requirements.
Content Strategy Optimization : Support the analysis and streamlining of content strategy by tracking asset performance and suggesting optimization methods under marketing initiatives.
Stakeholder Coordination : Coordinate with global program stakeholders about the execution, performance, and progress of the content strategy for demand generation.
Content Calendar Management : Own the content calendar to scale messaging and assist regional lead-generation program owners across regions.
Here's What You Need:
Marketing Experience : 4 to 7 years of experience in marketing software, SaaS-based, or technology products within the B2B sector.
Content & Digital Marketing Expertise : Strong knowledge of content and digital marketing strategies.
Campaign Execution : Skilled in executing marketing plans and campaigns for SaaS portfolios across North America.
Stakeholder Management : Excellent ability to collaborate with sales teams and other marketing departments.
Team Collaboration : Effective in working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Creative and Organized : A creative thinker who is detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
Communication Skills : Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Proficiency : Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
Tool Experience : Experienced with marketing automation, CRM, and project management tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and Clarizen.
Performance Analysis : Capable of analyzing, benchmarking, and reporting on campaigns and marketing tactics, with experience in conducting monthly and quarterly reviews.
Adaptability : Able to remain flexible and prioritize tasks while managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
Attention to Detail : Highly organized with a strong focus on detail.
