Seeking a seasoned Area Sales Manager to drive growth in Indoor Equipment vertical, tasked with increasing sales within an assigned geographical area and leading a team of field sales representatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Dedicate primary focus on selling products and services to potential customers.
  • Establish contact with clients and prospects to discuss product offerings that meet their needs.
  • Arrange meetings with clients to persuade them to purchase our product.
  • Travel to potential and existing customers within the assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
  • Utilize outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings to close sales.
  • Provide concise product and service descriptions to customers, highlighting benefits and value.
  • Negotiate prices with customers on behalf of the organization to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Generate business leads and maintain statistical data, providing reports as necessary.
  • Bolster sales pipeline, achieve targets, build long-term relationships, and collect customer feedback.
  • Develop and sustain lasting customer relationships, embracing adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience in Fitness Equipment sales is a plus.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience.
  • A proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Frequent travel to outstations should not be a problem.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
