Job Description:

Vyapar is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Team Lead for Tele sales. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving sales and leading a team to success. As a Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, managing a team of tele sales representatives, and ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities:


• Lead and manage a team of tele sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to

ensure individual and team targets are met or exceeded.


• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.


• Monitor and analyses sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement

corrective actions as needed.


• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs to

enhance the skills and capabilities of the tele sales team.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer

support, to optimize sales processes and enhance the customer experience.


• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.


• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities

for growth and innovation.


• Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and

continuous improvement.
