Job Summary Kreditstack Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record in Non-IT recruitment and bulk hiring. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience, preferably in the BFSI and BPO sectors, and possess strong team handling capabilities. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various business requirements, primarily focusing on Sales, Collections, and Underwriting profiles, as per requisitions raised by stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Handle bulk hiring requirements efficiently within defined timelines.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Specialize in Non-IT hiring with a focus on BFSI and BPO talent pools.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide a recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:


• Minimum 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.


• Strong expertise in Non-IT and bulk hiring.


• Prior experience in BFSI and/or BPO recruitment preferred.


• Proven team handling experience is a must.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
