Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Engineer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, developing customer relationships, and preparing proposals and presentations. The role includes participating in industry events, collaborating with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met, and managing the sales process from lead generation to closing.

Qualifications

  • Excellent skills in Business Development and Market Research
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain Customer Relationships
  • Experience in Preparing Proposals and Presentations
  • Ability to participate in Industry Events and Networking
  • Knowledge of the Aerospace and Power Generation sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
