Key Accounts Manager | Brand Manager

We are seeking dynamic professionals to join our Korean beauty brand's retail operations team. This role combines strategic partnership management with hands-on operational execution across modern trade, general trade, e-commerce, and quick commerce channels. Success in this role requires both business development capabilities and attention to operational detail. Role Overview You will own both business growth and day-to-day operations of our brand portfolio across retail channels. The role requires balancing strategic initiatives with routine operational tasks, involving: Strategic Account Management: Own P&L and growth targets for assigned brands/channels Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive brand sales Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at retail partners Negotiate business terms for brand portfolio expansion Identify opportunities for brand visibility and growth Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics Analyze sales data to drive growth initiatives Plan and implement promotional calendars with retail partners Operational Excellence: Handle regular operational tasks including listings, price updates, and content management Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels across channels Create and update detailed sales reports and analysis Ensure timely resolution of partner queries and issues Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, marketing, warehouse) Manage product content and catalogs across platforms Track and optimize promotional spend and ROI Ensure compliance with partner requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any field 1-8 years of experience in retail/brand/account management Strong analytical and Excel skills Experience in partner management Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Important Note to Candidates This role requires both strategic thinking and operational execution: Every team member, regardless of experience level, handles both strategic planning and day-to-day operations We are a modern distributor, not a traditional corporate setup Success requires both relationship building skills and hands-on operational involvement Each person is an individual contributor responsible for end-to-end delivery If you're seeking a purely strategic role or have left previous positions due to operational responsibilities, please consider if this aligns with your career goals We Operate Across Modern Trade General Trade E-commerce Marketplaces Quick Commerce Platforms Application Process Please email with: Your resume Current and expected salary Reason for leaving current/previous role Growth Path: While all roles involve both strategic and operational work, growth opportunities exist across channels and functions based on performance and interests.
