Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts for real estate projects.
Prepare and present detailed financial reports and analysis to senior management.
Oversee financial planning and analysis, including cash flow management and investment appraisals.
Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:
MBA / Inter CA / CA / MBA in finance
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management within the real estate development industry.
Proven track record of successful financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Strong understanding of real estate financial modeling, valuation, and project finance.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Detail-oriented and analytical
