The ideal candidate will have a strong background infinancial management excellent analytical skills and the ability tothrive in a fastpacedenvironment.Responsibilities:
  • Overseeand manage the overall financial planning budgeting forecasting andreporting
  • process.
  • Monitorand analyze financial performance providing insights andrecommendations to
  • optimize financialoutcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all accountingstandards policies and regulations.
  • Manage cashflow and liquidity to meet operationalrequirements.
  • Lead and develop a highperformingfinance team fostering a culture of continuous improvement andprofessional development.
  • Collaborate withother departments to support overall business objectives andstrategic initiatives.
  • Prepare presentationsand reports for senior management andstakeholders.
  • Conduct financial analysis forinvestment decisions and other strategicprojects.
  • Evaluate and improve internalcontrols to safeguard company assets and mitigate financialrisk.

Education/ExperienceRequirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting and CA is amust.
  • Should have minimum5 years of experience in financial management with atrack record of success in progressively responsibleroles.
  • Strong understanding of accountingprinciples and financial reportingstandards.
  • Excellent leadership communicationand interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiencyin financial modeling and analysistools.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic andfastpaced environment managing multiple prioritieseffectively.
