Roles & Reponsibilities:

  • International Business Development : Lead efforts to identify, develop, and expand business opportunities in the power transmission, distribution, and substation sectors across international markets, with a focus on Africa and the Middle East.
  • Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients & country, partners, and business opportunities in target regions.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, Embassy, Funding Agencies, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and submit competitive proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Negotiations & Contracts : Lead negotiations and secure contracts for international projects, ensuring favorable terms and successful execution.
  • Strategic Planning : Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company objectives and expand market presence.
  • Project Coordination : Work closely with project execution teams to ensure smooth handover from business development to execution, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Reporting : Regularly report on business development activities, project pipeline, and market trends to senior management.
