Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Associate to join our team.

The Associate will be responsible for enhancing the user base and brand of WISE Tech through effective social media, marketing, and branding strategies. This role involves conceptualizing engaging content, collaborating with external agency partners and designers, managing social media platforms, and monitoring campaign performance.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Conceptualize and create engaging social media content aligned with WISE Tech’s mission and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external agency partners and designers to produce visually appealing creatives and multimedia content, including but not limited to videos and podcasts.
  • Must be able to design content using tools such as Canva, available templates, etc., when necessary, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, and provide insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into social media strategies.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, including the annual international conclave.


Education & Experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications, Visual Communication or Design, or a related field.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of proven experience in social media management, content creation and curation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.


Important Note:

The is a full-time position on a contractual arrangement for a period of 2 or 3 years.
