Handling market operations across North and West regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new customers (B2B) in the fintech and BFSI segments.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand clients' business needs and recommend suitable fintech solutions such as digital payments, lending platforms, investment tools, or neobanking services.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic pipeline management.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales pitches and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in fintech.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–6 years of sales/business development experience in fintech, BFSI, SaaS (like LOS and LMS), or technology-driven financial products.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of fintech products such as payment gateways, POS solutions, digital lending, investment platforms, or API banking.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Comfort with CRM tools and MS Office Suite; familiarity with digital sales channels

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100, ₹1,400,000.00 per year
