Job Description :

Compass Technologies is seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile App Developer specializing in iOS development to join our team in Washington State, USA. As a Mobile App Developer (iOS), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality iOS applications that meet our clients' needs and specifications. You will work closely with our design, back-end, and QA teams to deliver polished and user-friendly mobile :

  • Design and develop native iOS applications for iPhone and iPad using Swift and/or Objective-C.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in iOS development.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Work closely with designers to implement pixel-perfect UI/UX designs.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Mobile App Developer (iOS) or similar role.
  • Proficient in Swift and/or Objective-C programming languages.
  • Strong understanding of iOS UI/UX guidelines and best practices.
  • Experience with iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
  • Familiarity with mobile app deployment process and App Store guidelines.
  • Knowledge of cross-platform development tools such as React Native or Flutter.
  • Experience with automated testing and continuous integration tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
