Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception desk, greet visitors, and provide a courteous and professional first impression.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and direct them to the concerned departments/faculty.
  • Maintain visitor records, student and staff inquiries, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining the university calendar.
  • Coordinate with administrative departments for smooth communication and office support.
  • Manage courier services, mail distribution, and office supplies related to the front desk.
  • Provide assistance to students and parents with queries regarding admissions, events, and general information.
  • Support in organizing university events, seminars, and official meetings as needed.
  • Ensure the front office area is maintained in a neat, organized, and welcoming manner.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic email management.
  • Ability to remain calm, approachable, and professional under pressure.
  • Customer service orientation with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Administration or Management).
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience as a Front Office Executive/Receptionist, preferably in an educational institution or corporate setup.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Job Type: Full-time
