Zonal Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Zonal Sales Manager to lead and drive sales activities in Kozhikode, Malappuram, Wayanad, and Palakkad regions. Sitting location will be in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, generating leads, closing deals, and ensuring consistent growth in residential and commercial solar installations. The candidate must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet targets and expand customer base
• Supervise, train, and motivate the field sales team within the assigned districts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, and stakeholders
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in residential and commercial sectors
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for continuous improvement
• Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth post-sales operations
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
• Participate in marketing activities, roadshows, and local promotional events
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and customer service standards

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar or renewable energy sector
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Willingness to travel extensively across Kozhikode, Malappuram, Wayanad, and Palakkad
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred
