Our company is seeking a motivated and experienced customer support professional to join our team. As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support. You will be part of a team that provides technical support, answers inquiries, and resolves issues for our customers. To be successful in this role, you must be able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively, while maintaining a positive and professional behaviour.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide technical support for our products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Need to provide training to the customer.
- Collaborate with other teams to provide excellent customer service
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Continuously improve knowledge of our products and services
Skills
- 1+ years experience in customer support or a related field
Expressive communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge in Tally and accounting field.
- Familiarity with customer support software and systems
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Positive and professional behaviour.
